Bought the wrong size cello bags?
Don't stress! These things happen. We are happy to exchange them, as long as they are not "special order" and it's within a reasonable timeframe*. You must, however, make arrangements via email at info(at symbol)resealablecellobags.com.au prior to returning any goods.
Please note that if you received subsidised or free postage on your original order, that cost will be deducted from your credit. Occasionally, a handling fee may also apply but you will be notified of any of these charges at the time you email your enquiry.
We treat your exchange as two separate transactions - a new purchase and a return.
Once your return is approved, go ahead and place an order for the right sized bags so you can get back to the task at hand as quickly as possible. Note, you will pay any applicable postage for this new dispatch.
Next, pad and pack the returns the way you received them. The bags MUST be returned in mint, re-saleable condition. Don't forget to include your original order number and name. You are responsible for the cost of their return.
When the bags are received by us in good condition, we will refund the value of the cello bags via the method by which you paid. You will be notified by email when this has been actioned. Allow a few days for the funds to arrive back in your account.
