Terms & Conditions


a) We care about your privacy. Personal information provided to Resealable Cello Bags, Australia (herein referred to as will not be released to third parties unless such release is necessary in the normal course of business or such release is required by a court of law.

a) Orders must be cancelled in writing by way of e-mail. No cancellation shall be deemed to be executed unless such notification is actually received by Cancellation will not be deemed to be made merely by the client submitting such notice.

b) Orders that have already been packed or dispatched before cancellation notice is received cannot be refunded.


a) Excluding your statutory rights, we do not give refunds if you place an order incorrectly or change your mind. We will however exchange goods where you have ordered the wrong size. The client must obtain written consent from an agent of prior to returning any goods. Return of goods is at the expense of the client. Goods must be received in mint, saleable condition within 10 business days of approval to return. Where paid for / subsidised the cost of the delivery of your order, you will be required to reimburse that amount. Further instructions for exchanges will be provided when you contact us requesting an exchange.

b) There is no refund or exchange on "Special Order" sizes as they are ordered in especially for you. There will typically be 7 - 10 days delay in dispatch of your order should it contain any "Special Order" sized bags. If our manufacturer is unable to supply us, we will contact you promptly. You can then choose to wait for the arrival of the "Special Order" bags or request a refund. If your order also contains stock sizes, you can elect to wait and have everything dispatched together, pay extra for dispatch in two lots or request a refund on the temporarily unavailable "Special Order" size. 

c) In the unlikely event of goods arriving to you in a damaged state, they will be replaced by Claims must be made within 7 days and photographic evidence of damaged goods will be required.

d) Any claim of fault in manufacture must be made immediately.


a) Our address labels are printed directly from the data entered at checkout by our customers. Please alert us immediately if you do not receive your goods within the expected time frame. All of our dispatches are trackable and clients are generally emailed a link to tracking. You may request a tracking number where it has not been provided. Claims will not be recognised after 7 days.

b) Where has proof of delivery, you will need to make a claim with the carrier.

c) If your order is undeliverable due to delivery address inaccuracies entered by you, we will not be held accountable.

d) If your order is returned to us due to delivery address inaccuracies entered by you or your failure to track the shipment and collect from an Australia Post outlet when necessary, you will be liable for a return fee charged to our account by Australia Post of approximately $15. We will keep the stock and refund you the balance of its value.

e) If your order is returned to us through no fault of our own, we are happy to resend the goods if you pay the return fee and the extra shipping.

a) All agreements or disputes arising from this ordering process shall be governed by the laws of the State of NSW, Australia and disputes heard in the State of NSW, Australia.
