B4 envelopes measure 250 x 353mm and are pretty much the largest size Australia Post will accept as a large letter. (Officially it's 260 x 360mm, the contents must not be thicker than 20mm and the weight limit is 500g, otherwise, it's classed as a parcel).
So at 24 x 33cm (+ flap) this cellophane bag will fit comfortably INTO a B4 envelope.
A 9 x 12" artboard (229 x 305mm) fits perfectly into these 240 x 330mm cello bags.
