A standard C6 envelope measures 114 x 162mm. The folded card that fits inside is 1/4 an A4, which is also referred to as A6.

Made to fit one card with one standard sized C6 envelope these 12 x 18cm cello bags have a little extra room in the length (or height, depending which way you look at it!) in case you need, for instance, to insert a header for hang sell.
If you don't need the extra length, just fold over a bit more than the usual 3cm flap before sealing closed. In this way, the 120 x 180mm cello bags can also achieve the same result as the 12 x 16.2cm cello bags.
